My dream
My dream is to accomplish my studies in bachelors of Science in public health in 2011, Do masters in public health in2012. When I obtained the above knowledge and skill I would like to professionally provide good quality health care for children?s well being with integrity so that they live and develop into healthy educated and productive adults.
What I expect from YouBridge
I thank you Bridge for the various support they have been giving for empowering people. The support they are giving for us in International Health Services University will improve our performance - our skills and knowledge in computer use will improve, we shall save time and money if we shall be using our own computers for typing our assignments, while in the university and out of the university we shall still be able to study our materials when saved on the computers. Also the current number of computers we have in the university are inadequate, so the support from You Bridge has come at the right time when many of us are in need of private laptops. I pray that You bridge always continue to support us. Bravo You Bridge!
Music
I love playing with children during my free time, and reading inspirational books.
Associations
I am a member of Moyo Rural enterprise Cooperative Saving and Credit Ltd ( MRE SACCAD). We jointly formed the above association to empower us financially. We paid membership fee and we bought shares to support the association. Now from the association the member can borrow money for emergency health care, school fees, and for business. In International Health Sciences University I am the Finance Minister for Students Guild.
Interests
I like farming because it is an activity which generates money and it is through farming that I am what I am by now. While I was for my holidays June-July 2009 I was busy doing garden work planting maize and cassava.
About me
I am a Ugandan born on 24th June 1969 in Moyo District Northern Uganda. The insecurity in 1980 forced my parents and almost the entire population of west Nile into exile -jungle of Southern Sudan. While in exile I lost my mother and I even l lost seven years out of school. In 1988 when we repatriated back home, I being the first born, in the family, I supported my father a lot in garden work we managed to plant maize and sold to raise money to educate my other two sisters and a brother including me. Now one of my sisters is a nursing assistant, the other a primary school teacher, and my brother is a driver all are working in Moyo district and I have a wife, a son and a daughter.
