My dream
My dream is to become a change agent in the field of Public Health in South Sudan. I would like to be a State Minister of Health and therefore I would be able to change the life of the citizens in the country. The second dream is to climb a ladder and become a senior manger within the organization I work for and with that I would be able to change the community living conditions.
Family
My family members lived in Fangak County Jonglei State in South Sudan. my wife and I live in Kampala Uganda. My both parents are not alive.I have Four sisters and one brother. Am the first born in the family. I am married in 1999 and bless with 5 kids, two boys and three daughter. Their Names are: Nyawaregak Jame Riak Taban James Riak Nyachang James Riak Mathiang James Riak and Myanieh James Riak. My first born is 10 years old and we are all live in Kampala.

My favourite musics are from Gordon Koang, John Kodoth and Emmanuel Jal in South Sudan. Jose Chameleon song in Uganda and internationally I enjoy songs from Micheal Jackson, Bob Marley and Lucky Dubbe.

Interests
I like playing valley ball as my favourite sport, studying and reading news papers and music. These are the activities and the hobbies I enjoy as my favourite.
About me
I am James Riak Mathiang, Currently working for GOAL Ireland South Sudan Programme as Health Manager. My roles includes overseeing primary health care programme with the main focus on community health, curative health service and nutrition. am very have to pursue public health course in IHSU, and I believe this will have a great change both to my self and the life of the community I serve. Thank to the IHSU for offering me this opportunity.
