Mission
To create opportunities for youngsters over the whole world by
creating a platform that allows people to send a new laptop to less developed countries.
When youngsters have access to information & get connected on
our multinational social network, they get engaged in their own
education. They learn, share, create & collaborate. They become
connected to each other, to the world & to a brighter
future.
Objective
YouBridge's objective is to close the digital divide by offering
a transparent & online platform where you know what you give,
to whom you give & when you give. On top of this, you have an
immediate feed back loop, which is unique in the world.
YouBridge works in a 3 step approach:
- YOUConnect - buy a new laptop for a person on the other side of
the world and log on
- YOUShare -immediately become online friends and share
information, ideas & dreams
- YOUBridge the gap - engage yourself for YouBridge & help
bridging the digital divide
YouBridge's first objective: 500 laptops sent in
2011.
